Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.
• Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange a product for a different fragrance or item, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

2. We will provide you with return instructions and an authorization number if applicable.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
